Summer’s here, and it’s time to slow down and enjoy a more relaxed schedule. With that in mind, Museum Stories has a new summer format. Instead of posting my usual monthly calendar listing of museum scheduled events, I’ll be posting a series of Summer Museum Adventures with open itineraries. That way you can choose where you want to go, when you want to go.
Every few weeks, I’ll suggest a summer museum activity at one of Los Angeles’ great art and cultural museums. Some of the adventures will take you to familiar museum destinations, while others will take you off the beaten track to discover some of L.A.’s lesser known museums. These adventures include an exciting line-up of museum exhibitions, and museum art activities inside and outside of the galleries for kids and adults.
